Exiles RFC Code of Conduct
As part of our ongoing commitment to promote and grow the game of Rugby Union in North Fulton County, the State of Georgia, and beyond, all members of Exiles Rugby Football Club—regardless of role or membership type—agree to uphold and foster a positive, respectful environment. By joining the Club, each member commits to the following Code of Conduct:
Code of Conduct Expectations:
All members, including players, coaches, social members, spectators, and volunteers, are expected to:
• Uphold the Exiles RFC core values of teamwork, respect, camaraderie, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Treat all individuals—including match officials, opponents, teammates, coaches, and spectators—with respect and dignity.
• Refrain from any form of bullying, intimidation, or exclusionary behavior.
• Observe the Club’s “one voice” tradition on the pitch.
• Display grace and class both in victory and in defeat.
• Provide constructive, positive feedback and avoid negative criticism—both on and off the field, including online platforms.
• Represent the Club with integrity at all times. Members are expected to hold themselves to a higher standard when wearing Club colors and to encourage their teammates to do the same.
• Respect and comply with all Club structures, bylaws, and policies.

Violations of this Code of Conduct will be reviewed by the Club’s disciplinary board. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, consequences may include:
• Temporary or permanent ineligibility for match selection
• Temporary or permanent suspension of Club privileges
• Revocation of Club membership
