Exiles Rugby Football Club is committed to keeping rugby affordable. Club dues and program fees help cover fields, equipment, playing kit, matches, tournaments, referees, medics, travel, youth programming, and other costs of operating and growing the club.

Men's and Women's XVs dues include the $70 annual Exiles Club Membership and associated voting privileges. The $70 membership is already included in the amounts above and is not an additional charge.

U19 Boys – Spring Season (Beginning January) — $125
First-Year U19 Boys Rookie (Never Played Rugby) — $62.50
U12–U14 — $50
High School Girls (Ages 14–18) — $50
Spring Minis (U5–U10) — $30

The $50 High School Girls fee covers the entire 2026–27 season, including Fall 7s and Spring 15s.

Supporter / Old Boy / Old Girl / Volunteer / Parent — $70

Senior Men's and Women's XVs dues, including first-year rookie dues, are prorated for players joining later in the club year:

September–November — 100%
December–January — 75%
February–March — 50%
April–August — 25%

Proration applies only to Senior Men's and Women's XVs dues.

USA Rugby/Rugby Xplorer registration fees are entirely separate from Exiles RFC club dues and program fees. Both must be paid.

Estimated RX fees:

Adults — Approximately $90
Academy players over age 10 — Approximately $35

RX/CIPP fees include USA Rugby registration, CIPP secondary accident insurance, and applicable Union dues.

Adult players register through the applicable USA Rugby/Rugby Xplorer portal.

Youth and High School players over age 10 must register through the USA Youth & High School Rugby Xplorer (RX) portal.

RX fees are established by the applicable governing bodies and may change. Exiles RFC does not receive or retain any portion of these fees.

All applicable Exiles RFC club dues and program fees must be paid before a player is eligible for match or tournament play.

Adult participants must complete the Exiles Rugby Football Club Membership Application.

Youth participants must have an Exiles Rugby Football Club Participation Waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

All players and members, regardless of age or program, are subject to and protected by Exiles RFC Bylaws and Club Policies.

Online payment portals will be available here on or before August 14, 2026, when the new Rugby Xplorer registration year begins.

Payment arrangements and financial assistance are available when needed. Please contact the Club Treasurer for assistance.

Exiles RFC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community rugby club. Sponsorships, donations, and fundraising help us keep dues affordable while allowing us to improve existing programs, add new programs, purchase equipment, and provide more opportunities to play rugby.
